If the customer finds problems or defects upon arrival of the item, he has the right to return or refund in the following cases:

•   contact customer service by forwarding photos and problem encountered
• weather   14 days to return the product
• the product must not be tampered with or used
• expenses of  shipping to be paid by the buyer
